I am in Angers to lecture at the regional pastoral meeting of the United Protestant Church.

Following the decision of the national synod regarding the blessing of same-sex couples, I have been invited to lecture at the regional pastoral meeting of the United Protestant Church, which takes place near Angers on September 28-30, 2015.

I will speak on: “Disunity and Fellowship: Biblical Exegesis and Hermeneutical Stakes To Fellowship in the Church”.

I will notably develop historical and biblical aspects, considering parallels in the history of Christianity and Ancient Judaism—including the first Christians.

We will focus more specifically on the apostle Paul and the various ways in which he dealt with disagreements he faced throughout his ministry.

See you in Angers! 😉

  1. Désolé Gilles, je n’ai pas préparé de support diffusable, et les 5 sessions de travail que j’ai animées n’ont pas été enregistrées : l’idée était de permettre aux pasteurs de s’exprimer librement 😉
