I will be in Graffenstaden on March 22, 2016 for a public conference on the Dead Sea Scrolls!
Qumran is one of the greatest archaeological discoveries of the 20th century. Who lived there? Did they write the famous Dead Sea scrolls? What do these mysterious manuscripts contain? Why weren’t they immediately made available to the public? What do they reveal about the birth of the Bible and Christianity? Were Jesus and his disciples in Qumran? These are some of the questions that will be dealt with in this conference.
If you are interested, come Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 8pm at Foyer protestant, 1a sous les Platanes, 67400 Illkirch-Graffenstaden.
Entrance is free; for more information, please call 06.70.00.02.17 or 06.51.42.70.03.
