I have arrived today at the Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies! 🙂
The Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies (HCAS) is an independent institute of advanced study within the University of Helsinki. It provides a top-class, international research environment for scholars in the humanities and social sciences.
I am in Helsinki to pursue my research on ancient alphabetic scripts, especially Hebrew and Aramaic inscriptions. I will benefit from the support of such Finnish colleagues as Martti Nissinen or Jutta Jokiranta.
For more information on HCAS, please visit their website.
Yes! There is a reception tomorrow at 5pm, want to join us? 🙂
Great! How about coffee tomorrow? 🙂
